The owners contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems looking for a solution to fix the constant water in their basement and rusted out support beams.  To fix the problem Matt Clark's team installed a Water Guard Drainage System, a TripleSafe Pump System, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and Smart Jacks.

To turn a wet and extremely damp basement in Waterbury, Vermont, into a clean, dry, useable space, Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems used a variety of patent waterproofing products.  First, a perimeter Water Guard Drainage System goes along the edge of the basement walls.   Next, a new sump pump whole goes in at the lowest point of the basement floor.  After a Triple Safe Sump Pump sets in the whole and ties into the drainage system.  Next, a  Clean Space Wall System goes along all of the basement walls and is tied into the drainage system, bringing any wall seepage to sump pump and providing an excellent vapor barrier.  After, a state-of-the-art Sanidry Sedona dehumidifier and air filtration system installs next to and ties directly into the sump pump.
