Sales Process
I made my decision to use your service based on my interaction with Matt at the sales call. He was great, extremely knowledgeable, and inspired a lot of confidence. The salesperson himself (who I understand is newer) would probably not have sold me if he had been there on his own. He was pleasant but did not give me the same feeling of confidence in the process as Matt did.
