In search of a way to stop the cold drafts, over powering moisture, and bad odors in their crawlspace, a homeowner in Newark, Vermont reached out to Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems. Matt's team installed a Crawl Space Encapsulation System and sprayed polyurethane closed cell foam insulation around the whole perimeter of the crawl space. This will take care of all three of the issues with the basement.
A home in Derby, Vermont already had a sump pump installed in their basement. The issue was the pump just could not keep up with the amount of water entering the basement. They decided to put an end to their water issues and called Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems for a FREE ESTIMATE. After the estimate they went forth with a DryTrak Interior Basement Drainage System and a SuperSump Plus Sump Pump. The Drytrak is designed to capture this water leakage before it reaches your basement floor. When combined with the SuperSump Plus Sump Pump, DryTrak drainage provides an effective, worry-free basement water problems.
When the old sump pump in the basement couldn't handle the amount of water entering the basement the homeowner contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems, to set up a free estimate. After meeting with a system design specialist they decided the best way to keep the basement dry was to replace the old pump with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe has three separate motors. The first pump is a heavy-duty 1/3 horsepower (HP) cast-iron Zoeller pump that does most of the pumping, handling up to 2,600 gallons of water per hour. The second pump is a 1/2 HP pump that operates automatically if Pump 1 fails or if greater pumping volume is needed (up to 6,200 gallons per hour). The third pump is a battery-operated pump that turns on automatically if power fails.
