Looking for a way to insulate their basement, the building supervisor gave Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems a call.  The team at Northern Basement Systems installed Basement to Beautiful Wall Panels around the entire perimeter of the basement.  The wall panels will provide the building with 24% more energy-saving than conventional foam. 

A home in Montpelier, Vermont was in dire need of some waterproofing and weatherization.  The homeowner contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems in search of permanent solutions.  After a FREE ESTIMATE, in which two rotted wooden piers where found, the homeowner hired Matt Clark's Northern Basement System to both water proof and weatherize their crawlspace.  A CleanSpace Wall System was installed along the entire perimeter, to take any seepage from the wall and bring it to the drainage matting.  The drainage matting covers the entire floor and will bring water to the SuperSump Pump.  The pump will then take the water to an IceGuard Discharge System and dicharge the water away from the home.  The two rotted piers were replaced with galvanized steel SmartJacks.  After everything was installed Matt's team sprayed closed-cell polyurethane insulation around the entire rim joists of the space and two feet down from the wall and painted the insulation with intumescent paint.

Hit with the burden of water entering their basement and a nasty humid environment, a company contacted the experts at Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.  After a free estimate, a plan was put in place to permanently stop the water.  Matt Clark's team of highly skilled and trained professional installers installed a full perimeter water guard system teamed up with a  Super Sump Plus and a state-of-the-art Sedona SaniDry Dehumidifier.  

Stone foundation cracks caused concern for Montpelier, Vermont homeowner. During the total restoration of this home, the homeowner contacted Northern Basement Systems to address the foundation cracks. Our team replaced the existing supports with 7 new SmartJack XTs cast-in-place footings to add supplemental support to the home. 

Our Production team then installed the system as planned! The home is now stabilized and much safer for years to come! Our team then further suggested for the homeowner to consider adding a waterproofing system and sump pump to take care of the water and moisture in the basement. 

This Montpelier homeowner was experiencing water in the 1st level of her raised ranch, causing damage to her home and belongings. Our Installation Specialist team first removed the drywall and carpet in the finished portion of the home to gain access to the foundation. Next, they installed a partial WaterGuard Drainage System to collect the water that's outside the foundation. To complete the waterproofing system, our team installed a SuperSump Plus Premier Sump Pump System. The SuperSump Plus System includes a primary pump and secondary pump to protect the space from water in the event of pump failure or severe water. Lastly, our installation specialist installed a discharge line with an IceGuard to protect against a frozen discharge line and a LawnScape Outlet to disperse the water onto the lawn.
