Challenge
A homeowner who just recently moved into a new home called us with concerned about their damp basement. We set up a free estimate to find the problems and a solution to make the basement dry and clean so that the homeowners could take advantage of the space.
Solution
Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems team installed a SmartSump Pump system to protect the space from flooding, a WaterWatch alarm system to alert you of rising water before damage occurs, and lastly, a CleanSpace encapsulation system with CleanSpace Drainage Matting and CleanSpace Liner. The homeowners can now rest easy at night knowing that their system will help their basement dry and clean.
