A home owner in Washington, Vermont was tired of having water in their basement. It seemed there was water always in their basement. Even when it wasn't raining. When it did rain it got even worse. He concluded that to fix the water issue Northern Basements would install a full perimeter Water Guard System and a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The Water Guard will collect the water and route it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe will then pump the water out of the basement through a discharge line and down another discharge line away from the house, making the basement dry for good. For the cold walls they install Clean Space along all of the exposed stone walls. The Clean Space will create a vapor barrier and insulate the walls. The happy home owners now have a wonderful dry and much warmer basement they can enjoy.
