Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: CrawlSpace Encapsulation System in Westford, Vermont

A new owner of a home in Westford, Vermont had just moved in and wanted to fix up the crawlspace. The crawlspace was all dirt, had no insulation, and to top it off would get water in it. The new owner had previously worked with Matt Clark's Northern Basement System on other projects and knew their work was the highest of quality wanted for the job. Matt's team installed a CrawlSpace Encapsulation System, a Sanidry Sedona, and insulated the rim joists.

Nasty CrawlSpace

This Crawl Space in a desperate need of some TLC from Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems.

Clean Space

The walls of the crawl space have been lined with CleanSpace. The floors have drainage mats laid down and are covered with CleanSpace.

Installing the CleanSpace

Before the CleanSpace is laid down, drainage matting put in place. The matting will make any water entering the crawl space go to the perimter drain and Sump Pump.

CrawlSpace

The CleanSpace is up on the walls and the floor.

SmartSump

The SmartSump Crawl Space Sump Pump will take any water entering the basement and put it out of the house down a discharge line away from the home.

Smart Sump and Dehumidifier

The SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier will control the humidity and keep it at perfect 55%. It also has a discharge hose that fits directly into the Smart Sump.
