A customer in Meredith, New Hampshire was having trouble with their crawlspace being damp and musty. The presents of moisture and lack of cleanliness in the crawlspace made the space unusable.
Solution
The homeowner contacted Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems with their concerns and we were able to provide him with a free estimate. Our team found a solution and began installing right away. First, the team began by cleaning out the space and then installing crawl space support jacks to make the building and beams more stable. Then they stopped moister from entering the crawlspace by encapsulating in with our CleanSpace liner. This made the space usable and much cleaner. Lastly, the team installed a Sandidry dehumidifier that is energy efficient, self-draining and filters the air to improve air quality and keep the space dry. This provided a permeate solution for the homeowner and helped to improve their home.
