This system will prevent further sagging of the floor joists and attempt to level the joists and home. Next, they installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system to prevent water or vapor from entering the crawlspace. This encapsulation system includes drainage matting to channel the water, CleanSpace Vapor barrier liner, and a SmartSump pump to remove the water and prevent water pooling under the vapor barrier.
