Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Waterproofing and CleanSpace Wall System in Springfield, Vermont
A homeowner in Springfield, Vermont needed help putting an end to a cold, wet, and nasty basement. To take care of the water Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems installed a perimeter WaterGuard System paired with a SuperSump Pump and a CleanSpace Wall System. The CleanSpace will not only take any water sepage from the wall and bring it to the WaterGuard, it will also serve as a vapor barrier, helping with weatherizing the basement. Along with the CleanSpace, Matt's team, sprayed closed-cell polyurethane spray foam insulation around the entire perimeter rim joists.

Finished Project
Here you can see the Trench Drain installed at the bottom of the bulkhead. The Trench Drain will take any water coming in from the stairs and put it in the WaterGuard System.
CleanSpace
The CleanSpace Wall System is up and will take any wall seepage and direct it to the WaterGuard System.
SuperSump Pump
The SuperSump Pump will take any water, collected by the WaterGuard System, and pump it out of the basement.
