Water in the Basement
A before picture of the basement with quite a bit of water entering.
Old Sump Pump
This is the old sump pump, which was very ineffective and also a danger to people walking by it.
WaterGuard Drain Installation
The trench ahs been dug out, in preparation of the WaterGuard installation.
WaterGuard
Here you can see the fresh cement laid on top of the WaterGuard. The WaterGuard will collect the water and bring it to one of the newly installed TripleSafe Sump Pump.
Hole Filling
This is the hole where the old sump pump used to be. It was so deep we had to fill multiple feet with rocks.
Hole Complete
The hole is filled and cemented. There is no longer a danger of falling in the old sump pump pit.
Trench Drain
Here is the trench drain. We install this at the bottom of the bulkhead stairs. It will collect any water and make it go directly into the WaterGuard System.
TripleSafe Sump Pump
The TripleSafe will take any water the WaterGuard sends to it and pump it out of the basement down a discharge line away from the home.
TripleSafe
This is the second TripleSafe Sump Pump. The basement of the home was so big and there was such a large amount of water entering there was a need for two pumps.
