Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Water Proofing a Basement in Montpelier, Vermont

Plagued with water in their home's basement, a homeowner in Montpelier, Vermont reached out to Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems for help. Matt sent out one of his System Design Specialist to provide a FREE ESTIMATE and a solution to permanently make the basement dry. It was determined the best way to do this would be to install a WaterGuard System, a SuperSump Pump. and a IceGuard Discharge Line System.

This is one of the worst spots in the basement where water damage would occur.

Under the stairs.

Water is also getting under the stairs leading to the basement. Matt Clark's team will install the WaterGuard System under the stairs and the wall to the next room.

WaterGuard

The WaterGuard System lays underneath the freshly laid cement. It will take any water that enters the basement and bring it to the SuperSump Pump.

SuperSump Pump

The SuperSump is installed and already hard at work pumping out water. The WaterGuard System will bring the water entering the basement to it and then pump it out the discharge line away from the house.
