Basement Waterproofing - Basement Rugs Removed in Milton, Vermont

Here is a before picture of the water damage done to a basement in Milton, Vermont. The rugs have been removed. You can see where towel have been placed in attempt to soak up some of the water that is coming up through the foundation.
