Our System Design Specialist suggested installing a full perimeter Water Guard System paired with a Triple Sump Pump to take care of the water problem. Next they suggested covering the the walls of the basement with Clean Spece to put an end to the home owners cold walls. The homeowner was very excited at the thought of a warm usuable basement and hired Northern Basement to do all of the suggested work.
