Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation for an Apartment Building in White River Junction, VT

Matt Clark's Northern Basement Sytems were called out to an appartment building with a very wet crawl space. The occupants also claimed that the floors were very cold to walk on. After inspecting the property, our specialist went in and installed a Clean Space Encapsulation System. We then installed drainage and installed the SuperSump System. They finished up the job with a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now the customer's apartment building is nice and dry. It also is a lot warmer!

The experts have installed the Super Sump Pump and covered the floor with Clean Space. They seal up the Clean Space with a polyurethane fire rated spray foam.

Super Sump Pump and SaniDRy Sedona Dehumidifier

The Super Sump Pump will collect unwanted water that's drained through the CleanSpace Drainage Matting(this is under the Clean Space). The SaniDry Dehumidifier has a tube that runs directly into the pump.
