The homeowners were getting tired of digging out the shop vacuum after each snow melt or rain storm so they gave us a call. With further investigation, their past system footing drains were crushed, and no longer functional. We installed a TripleSafe pump system that includes a primary pump, backup pump, a battery back-up pump and a WaterWatch alarm system. This system also included WaterGuard, a lateral pipe, and a discharge line with an IceGuard to prevent it from freezing and a LawnScape outlet. Lastly, a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier was installed to reduce moisture. With these new systems, the homeowners can stop worrying about flooding in their basement.
