- WaterGuard® Perimeter Drainage System: A specialized drainage system was installed at the base of the walls to capture water seepage and direct it to a sump pump system. WaterGuard® is designed to sit above the foundation footing, preventing clogs and ensuring efficient water removal.
- TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System: To manage water removal, the team installed a TripleSafe system featuring three levels of protection: a primary pump for typical use, a secondary pump for high water volume, and a battery-operated pump for power outages. This ensures continuous protection under any condition.
