Flooding Basement in Morrisville, Vermont
Challenge
This 1992 home was recently purchased and the new homeowner was becoming very frustrated by the water entering her basement during the spring months. The water was entering through a small crack in the joint between the wall and floor and after some searching online, she found Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems! We provided her with a FREE ESTIMATE from our of our system design specialists.
Solution
Our team installed WaterGuard Drainage System around the perimeter of the basement, in addition to a SuperSump Premier Pump System with a primary pump and a Battery Back-Up pump. The primary pump is capable of pumping 2,500 gallons of water per hour out of your basement and the battery back-up pump is capable of pumping out 11,500 gallons or more on a single charge and protects the basement from pump failure, power outages, and a tripped circuit. Lastly, they installed a discharge line with an IceGuard and LawnScape outlet.
With these systems in place, the new homeowner can enjoy her home without worrying about her basement filling with water. Call 855-DRY-TIME to get your FREE ESTIMATE!
