Chad Roberts answered all questions and with a professional attitude at all times.
Our Installation Crew
Follow up was required on taping and more installation of SilverGlo according to plan/drawing! Attention to detail could have been better, however crew/team very positive.
The Cleanup Process

Suggest use of a small vacuum verses just sweeping, especially on the last day of installation. Follow up

that was required by Matt was excellent and he completely redid the taping with a better adhesive backing. Also did two rim joists that were not done initially. Matt's dedication to Customer Sat. is so apparent in all his actions and he did all that was asked in the follow up and in a very professional way!! Matt is a key asset to Northern Basements!!
