I appreciate everything your company did for and will be contacting Matt to follow up on our discussion of adding a dehumidifying system to my basement and crawl space. I would (and already have) recommend your company to family and friends and will very likely end up having you support my already installed sump pump system. Thanks for a great job in a serious time of stress :))
Matt helped me through a difficult time when I had problems with another contractor's poor quality of work. Matt was able to improve the quality of their poor work in the crawl space and importantly identified and salvaged a seriously deteriorating crawlspace wall that the first contractor ignored and simply covered over with encapsulation material.
Matt was wonderful but sometimes a little slow to respond to calls or emails(understandable given his busy schedule. He did always respond however :)
That would be Matt- he is very knowledgeable and informative about his expertise. I do think the estimate and final bill break out process could have been more detailed. For example I was surprised at the number of man hours on the two day job as I often only saw two men on site. Perhaps more detailed break out identifying work time off sight would have helped explain the final cost.
Crew was excellent- the guys were pleasant and easy to connect with and the foreman extremely pleasant and approachable. They seemed genuinely concerned that I was satisfied.
They did a great job!

Matt did a great job explaining the problems I had initially and seemed honest, reliable and capable. He showed up when he said he would and did the work efficiently as discussed. He really saved the day by cleaning up a big mess and poor job left from a former contractor who took little to no responsibility for a job poorly done.
