What made you choose our company:

We called Northern Basement after our basement flooded and continued to do so because of some subpar work done by a competitor. So understandably, we were also skeptical of Northern Basement when they showed up… but sometimes it pays to be wrong. I say this because from the very beginning Northern Basement did an amazing job. First, Eric did an amazing job with our consultation; arriving with videos, information and a list of questions that were all geared to what our ultimate goal was with our basement. There was never any pressure to sign up for anything we didn’t want or need; their sole desire was to answer our questions and suggest what was best for our basement. With the goal of keeping this brief, we hired Northern Basement for the job and we were not disappointed. Hunter, Corey and Mike handled the actual installation of our perimeter system with the same professionalism that Eric had during our consultation. They showed up with information, great attitudes and the desire to really make sure we got what we wanted out of the job. Since making this investment we’ve seen no flooding in our basement (note: I’m writing this after 8 days of rain). Ultimately, we’re glad that we hired Northern Basement and we’d hired them again but I don’t think we’ll have to. YOU GUYS CRUSHED IT. Thanks again.
