control when students and faculty are going up within handle the error files Very good experience overall. Paul, Matt, Dean were excellent to work with. They were all very responsive to my questions, concerns and needs. I have a bit of a Type A behavior myself so I have or try to have a great attention to detail. So although not required of me it was still in my nature to stay actively engaged with each task as there were alot of moving parts to this project. Despite my nature, all the guys were very professional and aquire excellent customer services skills. Communication although at a high level does still need to be worked on within the company. I did at times get a sense that things about my project were not always being effectively communicated between individuals as I did have to remind people of things at times to make sure we were completing the project completely. The only other thing is for the company to to make sure they discuss, offer, communicate all the different finance options so that the customer knows and makes the right timely choices to avoid extra surcharges, etc. Awesome company and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
