Customer called the professionals at Northern Basement Systems for help after she noticed her 1960's home was sinking. We provided a FREE estimate from one of our system design specialists, after he visited to the home and idenified how much the home was settling, he developed a plan to add support to prevent settling from worsening and attempt to lift the foundation to where it was in the 1960's.
Matt Clark's team began by excavating the area to gain access to the foundation. From here the team is able to begin installing the Helical Piers. After the 4 piers have been installed, the team then backfilled the area to cover the exposed foundation and piers.
