Photo Album: PowerBraces and WaterGuard Installation in South Hero, VT
The customer was having problems with a leaning wall and water settling on one side of the basement while the drain on the other side was clear and dry. Northern Basement Systems installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system along the back wall to take care of the water that wouldn't drain. We also installed 7 I-Beam PowerBraces to stabilizing the tilting back wall, and over time hopefully force that wall back into its original position.

Preparing to Install Systems
The team is jack hammering out the concreate to allow them to lay the WaterGuard System and install the PowerBraces.
WaterGuard and PowerBraces
Both the WaterGuard and the PowerBraces are installed.
After
Fresh concrete was poured to cover the WaterGuard system and the areas jack hammering. The PowerBraces are supporting the back wall and overtime the wall sould return to its original location.
