Duties & Responsibilities:

• Load materials, tools, and equipment onto the company truck for each job.
• Travel to custom customers to install jobs on concrete slab finishing and other foundation solutions.
• Follow all applicable safety guidelines at all times.
• Install each job using company-approved, quality-driven methods, emphasizing precision and efficiency in slab work.
• Complete each job efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Unload and clean the truck upon return to the company.
• When requested by the Foreman, communicate with customers to ensure they understand the work and are satisfied with the results.

Skills & Requirements:

• Proven experience in slab finishing or concrete work preferred.
• Ability to maintain a 50-hour work week during the busy season.
• Perform physical labor and get rewarded with excellent pay.
• Unrestricted lifting ability.
• Strong communication skills.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• The job requires a valid driver's safe driving record.
