Challenge
This homeowner called Matt Clark's Northern Basement Systems looking for a solution to his flooding basement.
Solution
The Northern Basement System's team went in right away to install a full system. First, they excavated and cut the foundation to be able to access the debris and material located in the basement. Once all debris and concrete was removed from the basement, they installed crushed stone to level the floor. Next, they installed Delta drainage matting for additional drainage and vapor barrier. The team was then able to install a full TripleSafe Pump System that contains a primary pump, a backup pump, and an UltraSump battery back-up pump, including discharge lines, and CleanSpace vapor barrier on all the walls. Lastly, the team sealed the foundation access and backfilled the area to close in the hole.
