Perimeter Drainage System Installed in Quechee, Vermont
Challenge
Our long-term customer, Erik had a TripleSafe Sump Pump System and WaterGuard Perimeter Drainage installed in 2011 to eliminate water in his basement. This system includes a primary pump, a secondary pump, and a battery back-up pump, with these three pumps in place his basement, is protected against heavy water flow, pump failure, a tripped circuit, and power outages.
We provided Erik with an annual service to clean and flush out the drainage system and pump stand from iron build-up and any debris. The annual service also includes pump tests and maintenance to ensure that we find any problems before they find you.
He recently had his oil tank removed and wanted to reroute his drainage system to maximize the space in his basement.
Solution
We provided Erik with a FREE proposal and estimate for the WaterGuard drainage changes. Once he approved the proposal, our service team visited the home and removed the drainage that previously went around the oil tank, and then installed new drainage against the perimeter wall. This will maximize the use of his basement space and the effectiveness of the system moving forward!
