Cracked and Uneven Basement Floor in Brattleboro, VT

The basement floor is cracked and uneven. This Brattleboro, Vermont homeowner contacted Matt Clark and his team at 855-DRY-TIME to schedule their FREE ESTIMATE. The exposure to the ground underneath also raised concerns for moisture and flooding. Our System Design Specialist visited the Brattleboro home and addressed the homeowner's concerns. He discussed a solution that could solve the challenge and provided a FREE project estimate.

After the homeowners decided to proceed with the project, our team of Installation Specialist visited the home to install the systems. First, the crew installed a CleanSpace encapsulation system, composed of CleanSpace Drainage Matting and CleanSpace Liner. This system will prevent the entry of any humidity or water into the basement. They also installed a SuperSump Premier Pump System with a CleanPump Stand and WaterWatch alarm system. The Installation Specialists installed a pump discharge line with the IceGuard and LawnScape Outlet. Lastly, the crew sprayed Polyurethane Closed Cell Foam along the joist area. With all of these systems installed, the floor is now sealed preventing anything from seeping through the floor or walls!
