Wet Basement & Unsafe Stairs in Lincoln, NH

The customers in Lincoln, NH have a wonderful home in the White Mountains. Unfortunately, they also had a lot of water runoff which made their basement get a lot of water in it. They also had concerns regarding the stairs leading into the basement. The concrete was sagging, making it unsafe to use. Solution
The team of experts went to work right away for the Lincoln homeowners. To address the problem with the stairs we installed four Smart Jacks. The Smart Jacks will permanently support the stairs. To fix the wet basement a Water Guard System was installed along with a TripleSafe Sump Pump. The Water Guard will catch all the unwanted water and guide it to the TripleSafe Sump Pump. The TripleSafe pump system has twin liner, 1/3 hp cast iron primary AC pump, 1/2 hp cast iron AC back-up pump, and UltraSump battery back-up pumping system with charging/control box with alarm, and 120 amp sealed maintenance free battery.
